Wear-resistant liner ball valve

Wear-resistant bushing ball valve is a kind of wear-resistant ball valve which is improved on the basis of the structure of high-performance hard sealed ball valve for the strong scouring medium. It is mainly used in coal chemical industry, polypropylene, polysilicon, catalytic equipment and other conditions with strong erosion as a cut-off valve.

Dust-proof structure design

the upper and lower bearing cavity is designed with a dust-proof structure to prevent the increase of valve torque or astringent opening checkpoint due to the solid medium from entering the bearing cavity.

Unique spray welding technology on the sealing surface

the use of supersonic jet welding technology and special slot jet welding technology can greatly improve the combination force and hardness of the carbide sealing surface.

Ball mouth hardening process

when the valve is opened, the position of the ball mouth is often washed by the medium. In order to improve the service life of the ball body, we will weld 20mm of the company cable alloy at the ball mouth.

Long bearing design

the stem and fixed shaft are equipped with high quality self-lubrication wear-resistant long bearing, which can keep the valve shaft coaxial and eliminate the load caused by the valve switch or valve vibration.

Anti-blowing valve stem

adopt high corrosion resistance super alloy, and conduct vacuum heat treatment to improve the surface hardness and prevent strain. Upper packing function structure, to prevent the valve stem blowing out of injury, can achieve online replacement of filler.

Design of wear-resistant bushing

the flow hole is equipped with the wear-resistant bushing of jet-welded hard alloy, which well responds to the long-term erosion of the medium and prevents fine impurities from entering the spring cavity, leading to spring failure. Wear-resistant bushing is replaceable structure, later maintenance is more convenient.

Scraper design

in order to prevent the highly attached medium from scaling into the valve card or leakage, we will do the scraper design at the valve seat seal, and the switch process can clean the sphere
