Plate spring pre-tightening design
use the plate spring to provide a large constant sealing force, to prevent the valve seat due to medium scale floating leakage.
Valve seat sealing structure design
the valve seat uses two groups of graphite sealing ring and two sets of waveform spring to seal, not only can prevent the medium into the valve seat and the valve body scale between the valve seat stuck, at the same time can produce a double seal between the valve seat and the valve cap.
External leakage point seal

Ball mouth hardening process
